All systems go ready for the season
We enjoyed our first show jumping outing of 2018 and as ever chard was freezing.
Its always a fairly hectic first few shows with all the horses feeling fresh and me and the team getting back into the swing of things, especially when you take a whole load of horses.
Thankfully none of the team disappointed and all jumped fantastically. We have such an exciting string for the season and they are all ‘proper’ jumpers. What a year it is going to be.
We have also had our trainer polly williamson down to get there flat work in tip top shape before the first event of the season in just a few weeks time, hopefully we can top last year where all of them came home with a top 10 placing.
The babies have continued there education with sj and xc schooling ready for there first proper shows.
Our young horse tend to start slower and build up later in the season when the ground is slightly better to allow them time to gain confidence.
