Well last week was a bit of a roller coaster. I'm managed to damage my achillies tendon at Stockland Lovell and  had tried not to think about it too much and carry on working the horses. By Friday last week i was in real agony so made the harsh decision to withdraw my rides at Nutwell and Henry at Aston over the weekend. I hate to do this but i was in so much pain when riding i was afraid i would do more harm than good, so ended up going to Nutwell and grooming for Alex! Trying to save myself for Wilton this weekend where i have 8 running!
